A letter to the version of me I left behind.
Broken Promises started as something I didn't think I'd finish. Each song is a moment from the years where I was running from the wrong things — promises I made to people I loved, promises I made to myself, the small ones that quietly piled up until I didn't recognize the person who'd made them.
"Pages on pages of lyrics, hours and hours of composing, yet nothing came of it. Until something shifted."
The ten tracks below were written across that whole stretch — some born from heartbreak, some from regret, some from the quiet relief of finally getting honest. They aren't in chronological order, but together they map the way out.
